Untitled
—poetry by Ananya S. Guha

Refugees have stories to tell
they walk clouds of sorrow
men, women and children are caught
not in angst but sorrow.
Their tears are unseen
and they are anonymous.
They don't have names.Only
silent marauders know that they
have homes.
But sometimes they are washed
away by water and fierce currents
of hope.

It is then that they become senseless
and dead.
