Metamorphosis
—poetry by Ajise Vincent

Metamorphosis

Let my
name
dance
in reckless
grandeur
like
tidal waves
on the
shore
of your
lips.
Let it
splash
love,
passion;
reminiscences
on the
depth
of your
larynx
till your
voice
metamorphose
into an oasis
springing
forth excitement.
