so gorgeous
—a poem by Melissa Parietti

The man's chin hairs seem oddly out of place
Facial scruff, black, shouldn't be so suspect,
but his were very interesting in her eyes. perhaps
there was a deeper reasoning for her intrigue,
meaning is easily confused-she didn't want to be
so caught up, especially when the rest of him was
so gorgeous.
