I am slipping away_______

where shadows run backwards
screaming FIRE

that invisible light

where moths suffocate
& shrivel by the thousands

at my feet





Zachary C. Bush, 24, is a writer of poetry, fiction, prose, interviews, and book-reviews. He is the new poetry co-editor at Thieves Jargon and an operative member of the Guerilla Poetics Project. His creative work can be found in many Indie journals.
